Brown Advisory Value Equity (BIAVX) Fund Profile
Value Equity Fund Fact Sheet
Objective
The Brown Advisory Value Equity Fund seeks capital appreciation.
Strategy
The Fund invests primarily in the common stock of domestic companies with medium to large market capitalization of greater than $2 billion. Although there are no formal sector or industry limitations, the portfolio is well diversified across many industries with holdings of each security usually limited to 5% or less of the total portfolio at the time a security is purchased.
Profile
The Fund consists of undervalued stocks of well established, often global, business franchises whose long-term fundamentals and financial flexibility help to mitigate near-term concerns. By focusing on the intersection of inexpensive stocks and strong long-term fundamentals, we believe the Fund offers attractive appreciation potential.
